Everyone has seen metal shelf brackets, but you haven’t seen THESE shelf brackets! Designed, produced, painted and shipped in house, these CNC plasma cut and welded shelf brackets put a modern twist on an old concept.
We start with a sheet of 1/8” mild steel which gets loaded on our Shop Sabre CNC plasma cutter. Once the files are loaded, we set the robot loose cutting out the parts! The parts get deburred and cleaned before heading over to the welding station where they get clamped in a fixture to ensure squareness and fully welded from the back so the welds are hidden from the front.
The dimensions of the bracket are 8” Tall, 8” Deep and 1-1/2” Wide. The brackets are painted to order, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. The brackets are sold in pairs (two brackets). If you order 2 pairs (4 brackets) you can enjoy a $30 savings. If you’d like to order more than 2 pairs, please order in even numbers using the 2 pair drop down option.
